Private Personal Training Cost in Dubai

By DKing Saad · June 1, 2026 · 5 min read

What you'll actually pay a private coach in this city, and what makes the price jump.

Private personal training in Dubai costs about AED 150 to 700 per session. Most people land in the AED 250 to 400 mid-range with a certified, experienced coach. Entry-level trainers start near AED 150. Elite transformation specialists and five-star hotel gyms reach AED 500 to 700. Buy a package of 12 or more sessions and the per-session rate usually drops 5 to 20 percent.

That's the honest spread. Here's how to read it so you don't overpay or underpay.

Private personal training in Dubai (2026, per session)

Why the same hour costs AED 150 or AED 600

You're not paying for the hour. You're paying for what the coach can do with it. A newly certified trainer counting your reps is one thing. A coach who reads your movement, fixes the thing causing your back pain, and adjusts the plan every week is another. The price gap reflects judgement, not just time on the clock.

Location matters too. A trainer employed by a hotel gym on the Palm carries that building's overhead into your bill. An independent coach in an Al Quoz warehouse gym keeps it lean. Same skill can cost you AED 250 in one postcode and AED 550 in another.

Single sessions vs packages

Almost every serious coach in Dubai discounts for commitment. If the rate is AED 300 a session, expect roughly AED 285 at 12 sessions, AED 270 at 24, and around AED 240 at 48. The logic is simple. Results don't come from one heroic session. They come from showing up for three months, and coaches price to reward that.

The trainer who's slightly more expensive but actually changes how you move is cheaper than the cheap one you outgrow in a month.

What private training at DKing Combat costs

I'll be direct about our model because it isn't a standard gym PT package. DKing Combat System is application-only, and private training here means one-on-one combat and conditioning work with me, built around real-world self-defense rather than just aesthetics. It starts with a AED 100 refundable assessment so we both confirm the fit.

From there, single private sessions are around AED 450, and structured packages run from roughly AED 3,500 for a starter block to AED 11,200 for the full transformation track. That sits at the premium end of Dubai's range, and on purpose. You're getting a coach who's competed and taught for years, small numbers, and a plan that treats your safety, fitness, and skill as one project.

If you just want someone to count reps in a commercial gym, a AED 200 freelancer will do it. If you want coaching that changes how you carry yourself, that's a different conversation.

So what should you budget?

For standard private personal training in Dubai, budget AED 250 to 400 a session and commit to a package to bring the rate down. For combat-focused private coaching with DKing, the assessment is AED 100 and we'll match a package to your goals from there.
